Stuck at zone in from log in screen

My character select screen loads up. My lvl 10 Romulan then zones in, but after the progress bar goes to 94.11 Server not responding message appears. I quit after 600 seconds. I was able to make a new romulan and play that one.

    Yeah, I got the same hang - it's got to be a bug with the new warbird you get at level 10. As soon as I beamed up 'server not responding' and now I cannot access the character.
