Romulan Faction and "Temporal Ambassador" mission.

The biggest problem with this is right from the very beginning. The Romulan Republic wouldn't ever have any interactions with Section 31 or Drake at all. The Federation may alert the Romulan Republic to the temporal anomaly and it would become a joint mission if Starfleet insisted that a Starfleet officer come along on the mission because a Starfleet signal was emanating from the anomaly.
1) The actual mission orders should come from New Romulus Command, not Drake.
2) The mission was a direct port from the Federation one, there is nothing specializing it for being played as a Romulan, and it feels that way when playing it.
3) This mission has no bearing, no rewards for a Romulan player. I understand we're allied with the Fed/KDF, but for those of us trying to completely minimize the Fed/KDF "corruption" of the Romulan faction, we're being forced with more Fed/KDF rewards than Romulan ones.
Simple Solutions"
1) Mission Start/End: Starfleet command informs New Romulus Command that a Starfleet Science Vessel detected a Starfleet carrier signal emanating from the Azure Nebula. The signal matches a Starfleet ship that disappeared in action and they request a Starfleet official be allowed to accompany the ship order to investigate.
2) Storyline: Evolve original storyline to add a reason for a Romulan feel to the mission. We know Remens have acute telepathy/telekinesis abilities. Obisek should remember more of the original timeline than anyone else (much like Guinan demonstrated numerous times). He could mention the importance of a mission he was conducting when the timeline changed (being engaged in a battle with Tal' shiar ships headed for New Romulus). Some of your crew could also be prisoners that you help escape to the Ent-C.
3) Rewards: The Ent-C should only be playable by Fed players, and should only be rewarded to Fed players. Once you escape the control room and board the Ent-C there should be a mission objective to beam to a Romulan ship being held in the next shipbay over. Then you override the bay doors from the Romulan bridge and continue the mission along side the Ent-C. The Romulan ship could be a Tier 3 Ha?feh Assault Warbird.
Completion of the Mission would reward either a Tier 3 Ha?feh Assault Warbird or the Ent-C, along with either the Yesterday's Enterprise uniform or a Romulan uniform.
