Vendors & banking/Exchange at Nakura and Defera

New Romulus having a vendor is very useful having somewhere to buy the items for the required projects, shield, energy packs etc that go with some of the projects and a Vendor for selling trash (a better return than recycling).
Can Nakura and Defera have a Vendor added in the same way, especially useful for Nakura with the new reputation system coming.
Also can an exchange, mail and banking facilities be added. (I'm aware Defera has mail). They are very useful on New Romulus and certainly encourage me to stay and spend some time there.
Having had a quick look around Nimbus and the dance bar, is there similar avalaible there?
