Texture Missing on Mogai Heavy Warbird

Every once and a while I have noticed both in sector space and combat that Mogai's will be missing textures on their wings as they appear white. Have seen this issue once in each situation.

    I've noticed this issue as well when passing the Flotilla.

    Indeed I saw this too. It depends on the distance... I estimate by eye it flickered when I was farther than 1 lightyear away from the Flotilla...
