Ground BOFF Skills

I'm running "The Price of Neutrality" mission and noticed that when I'm about ready to beam down my team, all of my BOFFs show a combination of space skills as well as ground skills. For the ensigns, they show two skills - one space & one ground. for the LT, it shows 4 skills - 2 of each.

I tried submitting a bug, but it errored out.
