Can't report Bugs.

As everytime I try I get an error message, the bugs I wanted to report where:
The Qul'dun B.O.P as no windows, I presume this is not intentionaly.
Everytime I tried to customise my B'rel I kept being told that some of the parts come with the Exeter and I had to buy it with Zen, obviously I don't need to point out (but will), the Exeter is a federation ship and it is a Tier 2 Cruiser not a Tier 1 Bird of Prey.
