Transporter effect should not be based on BOff affiliation

Now that I have a Klingon BOff, I noticed my transporter effects don't line up properly. The Klingon beams down with the red Klingon effect while my Romulans continue to be green. However, the transporter effect should be dictated by the affiliation of the ship I'm commanding, which is currently Romulan.

Or, even if that's too difficult to program for, at least lock the effect down to the affiliation of the character, so Romulan characters are always green, Federation always blue, and Klingon always red.

that too, other thing I've noticed is transporter sound, every now and then romulan trasporter looks like a romulan but plays federation sound
