A minor Lobi store question

I realize that it's impossible given the character wipe that almost anyone but a developer could answer this, but I'm curious and I can't think of anywhere else this might get any attention. Is the Photonic Tactical Officer Candidate going to have a unique Romulan skin? I am pretty sure the FED and KDF ones are different, I am curious if the Romulans will get their own version as well or have to settle for allies' leftovers.
