Ok so when you start as a new KDF you get a generic popup..in federation blue...and told that your a klingon officer on a BoP etc etc...and the VO is not a klingon voice.
I think that should be changed to both the popup being the same color as the klingon UI and have the VO be that of a klingon warrior NOT that of a federation Peta'Q.
