Lets make it easy, answer FIX, or Content. Lets try and stay away from long drawn out answers, keep it simple.

    There was a vote on this a while back. People voted for Romulans, they got Romulans. Cryptic should buy more hamsters!

    I'm going to go ahead and close this now before it goes off the rails.

    The answer is, the people who make content are not skilled at fixing connection issues, and the people who fix connection issues are not skilled at making content.
