as romulan subcommander no ship token

Wy I become no token for a new Ship as romulan subcommander? Bug?

I have same problem, hit subcommander last night and didnt rush to get ship and today the mogai is dilitium only, when i believe its free ship.
So bug or not enabled for the weekend?

Its not bugged you have to accept the Subcommander Promotion mission then go to new romulus command talk with the Admiral then go to shuttle bay.

Yea it let me get the next level in fed without doing that little TRIBBLE mission, so meh learn something new.
Of course i might have noticed this had the server stayed up for more than 5 minutes..

I just got this problem. how do you accept the mission, is it supposed to be offered to you upon hitting 20 or do you need to talk to someone?

It is bugged for me. Idk if I'm doing something wrong but I accept the mission And then get the token go to the shuttle bay click buy ship and the ship requisition window imidiatly closes. Then in the ship selector it doesn't show up and when I got to the requisition window it costs dilithum.
