outfit name when loading outfit

In the screen where we load an outfit, the currentl name being displayed is useless... the name is so long that it gets chopped off, and the beginning of all of them that actually do display are identical, so what's the point?
Can you guys just have it show the name of the outfit, as it is shown on the summary screen (where we are able to choose which outfit to edit, and change the name of it)
Also, allow us to set a uniform for default tactical, default engineer, and default science, for our ship crew to appear in? (leaving the civvies in whatever they come with)
When I walk through my ship, it feels like someone else's crew...
and why can't I heal my people in my own sick bay? (this one probably off-topic for here, but that was where I was heading when I noticed my crew uniforms)
