tribble launching problem

The launcher for getting onto Tribble is not working. I have tried the "workaround" and the launcher for getting onto Tribble is stuck just saying "patching" but there are no numbers or countdown or even those three dots. It has done this since I downloaded the latest Tribble patch.
Please help I really would like to play the test weekend!
