1) Khitomer Conference halls - flashing graphics in 'Hall of Heroes' in floors (especially carpeting) and walls near entrance points.
2) In several of the dialogue boxes (Khev following Sela appearance, Temer at first contact in Hall), there is missing or misspelled type.
3) Space combat vs. Hakeem: twice the dialogue boxes from the Klingon contact would not close or progress when the "option" was clicked; had to be closed by clicking the 'x' at the top right corner.
4) The "bomb" Temer sacrifices himself with to save the Council still does not show - just a bunch of motion, which looks a little funny.
X) After being awarded the Tier 2 ship, the "rewards" supposed to be received (science consoles, I believe) are not granted after "turning in" the mini-mission that follows. ***EDIT*** It appears that, prior to the patch, this latter mission aspect may have been in the wrong order. I received these rewards following a secondary mission that made this latter aspect make more sense.
