Ha?apax missing at Subadmiral?

Ok did I miss it but I'm looking in the store at Romulan command and can't find that Ha'apax.

    Same issue here, only seeing the other two options, no Ha'apax :(

    I can confirm this bug as well.

    Definitely a strange bug.

    And a shame too, as I was hoping to test out the Ha'apax today.
