Making a list of fixes for smoother fleet operations.

Hello all,
I 'd like to get some constructive ideas on a list to better all fleets in STO.
Here is what I have so far.
1. Expand fleet from 7 to 12.
2. In-game fleet alliances (to help with project turn over)
3. More fleet bank slots.
4. Individual member permissions.
5. Revamp the fleet reporting to include withdrawals from fleet stores.
6. Revamp the fleet roster to include dates in fleet and who recruited them.
7. Caps on provisional stores.
Let keep this positive and on topic. We are trying to envoke change not to game bash. I'm looking for ideas to benefit all sizes, shapes, colors of fleets.
