Refit and Retrofit console set bonuses

I saw that pretty much every Rom ship has somekind of console set bonus if you have both consoles on the retrofit, how about we move that mechanic to the Fed and KFD side? I would love for some kind of a set bonus for say Antimatter spread from the T4 Galaxy/Venture refit and the Saucer separation from the retrofit for say a new kind of preemptive strike like in "Best of Both Worlds" that adds a damage buff and AOE confuse or if you have the Quad Cannons and the Cloak on the Defiant, you get a little spike of power or maybe a 5 sec power drain resistance upon decloaking? We also have the Intrepid, Excelsior, Nebula and Akira refit and retrofits that could make for some neat set bonuses.
