Diplomatic Orders (Fed) Shuttle out of phase...

The cutscene for the shuttle trip onto Vulcan has an issue in the first half where the shuttle stays mostly invisible. Fortunately, the shuttle decided to exist on Vulcan in the second half of the cutscene.
