Voice Overs do Not Stop When Interaction Window is Closed

I've noticed that the voice overs do not stop when you close the window/dialog they are attached to. And continue to play even as you run away from the NPC.

    this phenomena isn't limited to tribble, it occurs on holodeck as well. in particular some of the dominion episode missions and some of the romulan missions
