5/7/13 Patch - Warp Trail issues

After the latest patch, the warp in/out effects for KDF allied Romulans is still red instead of the Romulan green.
However, it appears to be random which one is used and which isn't. The only warp out/in area that seems to have used the KDF trail is the New Romulus System.
