I think that all forces Fed Klingon and Romulan should get a massive rehoul of there hsips and new ships added. Take the Romulan ships a Romulan Raptor should be added before the Warbird type B (D'Deridex class). And the Klingon get more of the older type D7 ships or some new ones don't now there ships too well and the Federation get Ships from the TNG era. Here is a few pics of the Romulan Raptor I am talking about.
I think some of your ships can't be included cause they are from different "games" which now thinking about it, I've looked at the Ha'apax whateverit'scalled warbird and swear I've seen that design in a different Star Trek game before.....
The Fed ship is the New Orleans Class. That is another ship I would love to see in the game. And its considered a Frigate by most. So I can see it being a sweet escort or destroyer based ship.

Why not go for the ship design that was originally proposed for Star Trek: Planet of the Titans? If it helps, it appeared quite a few times around in canon too, including a battle at DS9.
I hope those proposed Study models don't necessarily count as Constitutions, and can be made. I'd have absolutely no issue opening up a couple of ship slots for some of these myself. From what I read, since they both appeared in the series, they can be considered canon too!

These ships are not likely, as they're from other games. Cryptic has said in the past that there are licensing issues that present what are an essentially insurmountable hurdle preventing them from using anything that hasn't appeared on-screen (in the five series and the non-JJ movies), in the comics (a little hit and miss, but there's precedent), or in the novels (again, a little hit-or-miss, but more likely).
Some of the other stuff in this thread is interesting, but it's pretty obvious why some of those models got largely left on the cutting room floor.

all the ships I have shown have been in the series and in movies and are canon designs. The New Orleans was in TNG along with Wambundu Class ( USS Drake was that class) The COnstealltion was in TNF the Romulan Ship was in TNG also. so they are doable cryptic just doesn't want to put the leg work in.

No it isn't a photoshop image it is a real class of a ship. the USS Drake was of this Class of ship so ti cant be photoshoped. You just don't like it couse it isn't Klingon.
Seeing as the Drake was never shown and in fact had been destroyed prior to the Enterprise's arrival there really can't be a picture of the USS Drake now can there.
Of unknown origin, the vessel was involved in smuggling starship components from the depot by taking the place of the holding vessel USS Tripoli. This combat vessel's armaments were considerable ? its phasers were powerful enough to reduce a Galaxy-class starship's shields by at least 15% in a single volley.
Following the discovery of the remains of the Vulcan vessel T'Pau's navigational deflector, the USS Enterprise-D uncovered the operation, and - disguised as an abandoned ship - lay in wait for the vessel's arrival. When it took position to receive that day's shipment of goods, the Enterprise powered up and attempted to make contact. The vessel responded to hails by opening fire. A low-power phaser burst in return destroyed one of its phaser arrays, and caused collateral damage in her cargo bays - which at the time were fully loaded, mostly with weaponry. This led to massive power fluctuations and internal explosions, finally resulting in the destruction of the entire ship. (TNG: "Unification I")

I like a lot of ships that are not Klingon.
Oh, and an ad hominem attack tells a lot more about yourself than me...I mean you just attacked me because of my friggin avatar.
And please, tell me from which episode this picture is supposed to be from if this is "real" as you say.
Give me facts.

That image IS a photoshop. It was made for one of the expansion sets for the 1st edition of Decipher's Star Trek CCG. http://img35.imageshack.us/img35/1369/b8wyvhewkkgrhqri4eznd2s.jpg
(Fairly lousy card BTW, only useful with it's matching Captain and Captain's Log in play. The generic Nebula class is better).
The class name only comes from the Encyclopedia, so it is somewhere between 1st and 2nd level canon. In the show it was called a light cruiser.
My Romulan Liberated Borg character made it to Level 30 and beat the (old) Defense of New Romulus with the skill point bug.
Seriously that thing is fugly, it makes my eyes bleed, Its an abomination, yata yata, and ect.
Basically, IT! SUCKS! AS! A! SHIP! DESIGN!

Whoa, what's with the yelling? To be honest, it isn't as the non-canon Patrol Escorts are winning any beauty contests themselves in my eyes, and they seem to be in the game just fine, and have quite a few players using them. Besides, it isn't as if they'll force you to be in one. There is also a lot of folks who'd Love the Jupiter class to be playable too (count me in, I want my warp blimp, though that's for a different thread of course), just as there are people who'd rather see it vanish from the game. It's like Marmite, you either like it or you don't.
You have to admit, some of those Excelsior study models were really nice, and may work nicely, granted, they may have to think up for names for them too.

My favorite favorite favorite ship class name in all of star trek. I've wanted this one since day 1.

Or the "B-24-CLN" class too:

And some of these Excelsior study models that eventually made it onto that TNG episode are just as fascinating:

When it comes to the federation, it seems that there are many things to look at that come from canon.

In regard to hating Star Trek 2009:
Except it's described as an overengineered underpowered rust bucket! XD Actually is a ship design I'm surprised Cryptic have yet to include.

The Wambundu is a Photoshop piece of this image:

We know ship of that name and class exist.
We have no clue what it looks like.
And the Romulan ship was in...which episode?
None I've ever seen.
NOOOOOOOOOO! :mad::mad:

This character is why I don't play my Romulan any more. Tovan Khev is NOT my BFF! Get him off my bridge!
This is all the page says when you go there, same for the other link.
