Neither New Romulus or the Flotilla have a Skill Trainer

As the title says the Romulans dont have a skill trainer in either of their faction areas. A Romulan if they wish to respec must go to Quo'nos or ESD.

We need a Skill trainer at either The Flotilla or NRC (New Romulus Command)

    nope. theres a boff trainer next to the duty officer person on new romulus
    gateway links-->Norvo Tigan, Telis Latto Ruwon, Sochie Heim, Solana Soleus

    Your skills? You mean a respec? It's in Drozana.

    There may be a Skill trainer at Drozana but why not at the main Romulan areas.

    It's possible this might be an oversight. They didn't have a tailor in Drozana til we brought it up and asked for one. I do agree though, there should be a respec trainer in at least one of the Romulan social hubs.
