Contacts calling us "Subadmiral I"

Mission contacts are referring to Romulan captains of Subadmiral rank as "Subadmiral I" (and presumably "Subadmiral II") the way they used to address Federation Rear Admirals as "Rear Admiral (Lower Half)" or "Rear Admiral (Upper Half)". Just "Subadmiral" will do, thanks.

This is in the various sector patrol missions; I'm well past the available story missions at this point, so I can't check those.

    Its pretty much the same in the story missions.

    sub admiral is of course what I want to be called at that point
