Bridge Officer Ranks incorrect

My bridge officers (acquired after choosing ally) are showing the names of the ranks of the ally instead of the correct Romulan name. (IE Lt Commander instead of Centurion). I tried to submit an in game bug report, but got an error that it could not connect.
