Idea about the DOFF science Department

The collect of Crystal, Water, Plants...etc samples & the scan of artifacts on unknown planets could be bring more points for the DOFF science departement! Some of these samples are reserved to the biologists, geologists, botanists!! What you think about? ;)
Why not create this same kind of missions (already on New Romulus & Nukara) for add them in the clusters exploration missions?
