System Patrols with errors

Both of these are in the Alpha Centauri Sector

Terrh System patrol doesn't reward the correct amount of skill points, I'm doing these missions as a Romulan Commander, Level 33 at the time, and it awarded 811, so far all other patrols at this level award about 2441.

Rhi System patrol doesn't progress, the counter stays at (0/5 Romulan Ships). I destroyed all groups in the system.

T'liss (I know its listed elsewhere) is doing the same thing as Rhi (0/5 Romulan Squadrons). The ships are still being counted towards accolades.

    For Romulan characters you also have to hail Starfleet to turn the missions in.

    Yeah don't think that's a bug though. After you select an ally and do the patrols or explores you are doing your ally's missions which are handed in to the appropriate group, SFC/KDF.

    Culver System patrol in the Beta Ursae sector, the Jem'hadar are not scaling to the player's level. It does award the correct skill points for mission completion though.
