Tailor broken, kind of

When I went to edit a bridge officers uniform, the colors of the jack under shirt and pants are all randomly linked, example, when I change the color of the pants the color of the jacket and under shirt change also to the same color. I didn't have this problem when I edited my characters uniform, only happened when I changed a Boff's clothing.

I observed the same, though there were a number of specific clothing items that did this when changing a captain uniform a few days ago.

For Boffs, the color pallet is broken beyond description. Yesterday once all clothing components were applied, it was unworkable.

I haven't played with the tailor yet, but I did find an issue with the color selection in the fleet emblem UI. Certain colors work, but others revert to a default whitish.

This problem has been reported before. I believe the problem is with the character models themselves rather than just the tailor.
