I created a female Reman on Tribble to see if I'd crash back to the character screen. Oddly, I didn't, the creation went through and I was able to go right into the tutorial and everything.
I did notice a few things, though, my options were extremely limited and I couldn't choose the ash gray skin of the Remans we see in the game, all the colors were much warmer. In addition, my choices for clothing and facial appearance was also severely limited with only around 4 possible selections roughly.
So, working as intended or did I slip through somehow? Anyone else get through as a Reman?
Players who can create Romulans may see the option to create Remans.
This should be avoided, because it will cause the sun to plummet towards the Earth.
Further, character creation will fail and the player will be booted to the login screen.

I did indeed and that's exactly why I did it. The Earth seems fine and I wasn't booted to the login screen. I can play the character just fine, that's what I'm saying.

lol i thought that was more of a challanging statement, like "no you cant stop the car speeding toward the brick wall without the universe coming to an end." thing.
and yep made a reman with no probs, not many options but no problems though, lol as to making other toons after making that one no problem there either made a alien hybrid after i made the reman, always wanted a rom/kling ever since i read the book as a kid (10-11 yrs old)
Let me guess, she lacks a preserver template standard olfactory organ and the Reman skin pattern.....
FKA K-Tar, grumpy Klingon/El-Aurian hybrid. Now assimilated by PWE.
Sometimes, if you want to bury the hatchet with a Klingon, it has to be in his skull. - Captain K'Tar of the USS Danu about J'mpok.
Well, they - just like the boffs I encountered later - don't look like Veril -at all-, which is bad because she looks a lot more like a Reman than the others do.
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.

Agreed, we'll have to see when the option is officially unlocked. It's possible not all the choices are in yet.

(Just joking though this is truly fascinating)
