Ok I have replayed the mission "Smash and Grab" a few times now as I like the Disruptor-plasma Hybrid weapons (any chance of getting them somewhere else as well?)
When I complete a transport and I am ready to Transport I get a message from a Boff called "Lekune" hes an Andorian, I only have Romulan and Remen Boffs on my ship, sent the fed one (human female) back to the Academy, she was interfering too much

Also when I redid the mission where I get the Reman chick, a lot of the pop-ups turned into a Bolian.
Also, I've noticed that on other occasions I'm being hailed by my few KDF officers which I didn't even assign to any station or away team. I've got all the Romulan/Reman story boffs in both cases, but I'm still being hailed by my KHG Photonic and KDF Borg.
The initial group of 4 Boffs you get as a Romulan seem to be particularly buggy in this way.
The last patch fixed an issue where you couldn't slot them as DHs. Well, now they're the ONLY RR Boffs that actually STAY slotted when you transition maps. Sure you can slot others, but they unslot when you change maps. So... it's obvious that they aren't coded quite the same as normal Boffs. I don't know the exact details, but that seems to be the issue.
My character Tsin'xing
in a related issue... i posted about this last night.
Like 95-99% of pop-ups are from Tovan. This isnt just the episodes but generic patrols, etc. But every pop up is Tovan.
He isnt slotted anywhere so he shouldnt be speaking. There are times when I should get my actual Tac talking. Or one of the other stations but for what ever reason Tovan is the the self designated mouth piece.
The was one replay I was doing that I was shocked that it actually used my real Tac for the pop up and not Tovan.
Sometimes it seems like that much of this was predertimed when they coded and maybe if you dont do what they ASSUMED you would be doing, it messes up the responses. Like I see them never imagining that Tovan wouldnt be on an away mission so all the babble is by him whether he is actually there or not
