cloak increases turnrate

my deridex has gone from 6 too 16 ! turnrate by simply cloaking
i dont mind this bug, but its kinda game breaking... knowing that cloak triples a turnrate..

    While I haven't had the chance to fly a Romulan ship yet, from what I have been reading on the forums I interpreted it as Romulan guile. They sort of play possum when visible, appearing slow or sluggish, but once they go into cloak all bets are off and they kick things into high gear. This would allow for them to pull some impressive moves as they moved in and out of cloak attacking from various angles.

    It's absolutely intended. That's the whole point of their cloaks.

    well now that cloak has a 40 sec cd, it means may dd can turn every 40secs...

    or you can just slap on an RCS console (im currently using a mk 4 rare = a common mk 6) and am getting a 9.4 turn rate at 58 eng power on balanced.....the other two slots are armor consoles...it doesnt turn sluggish at all really...

    Had you ever played klingon, you would have known this is a feature of cloak :D

    It is working as intended. Now 'off you go' before I have you scrub the plasma conduits on my D'deridex with a toothbrush. :P

    To be further clear: it's not "tripling" the turn rate - it's a flat bonus. It's just that the base turn on a D'D is so abysmal...

    Remembered when you cloak you got no weapons and shields, so the turn ratio increase when battle cloak it act like a defensive ability.

    i never noticed it before om my bop with battle cloak, because they already turn so fast...

    u can make a d'd get 29 turnrate, and that is a bug imo
