Patrol T'liss system problem

After a mission i ended up on top of the T'liss system and decided to do the patrol
I killed all the ships i could find but the patrol never completed and the counter staid at 0/5

    The T'liss system isn't the only one with this problem. The Rhi system has it as well.

    Same...

    IMO the issue is that the mobs are Romulan so for whatever reason the system lets us attack but sees them as friendlies so we get no credit.

    Wasnt this supposed to have been fixed?
