Bridge Officer Tray bugged (4.29.2013)

Latest patch (4.29.2013), put the Bridge Officer tray in the incorrect "default position". When I first logged onto Tribble, it was hidden behind my (option #3) Ability Tray #3.
Would like to see the Bridge Officer Tray default sized for 5 Bridge Officers (Rear Admiral+), with the officers being aligned left-to-right (less officers would begin at left, and fill towards right).
