Found an issue with the 2012 Holiday Jacket

Not sure if this is intended, but apparently the Romulan Republic toons cannot wear the cropped, short, or long jackets. I had a few spare on a toon and wanted to see if it worked. Mostly because that jacket would look hawt with some of the romulan pants.

    True. None of my Romulans can use it. My 'liason' officer from my chosen ally can use it however. Doubly annoying as the Romulan contact on Drozana is wearing a short black winter jacket too! Plus, I created a 'Mirror' Liberated Romulan before I got invited to test, and would love to recreate her when this goes live:
