STO spam/scam site?

I wasn't sure where to post this, so mods please move this to the appropriate section if this is not where it's supposed to go.


Over the past two weeks or so, I've received two similar messages from different players (both are on my ignore list now):

This has all the marks of spam so I reported it as so. The thing is, in my year+ of playing STO I've never gotten spam before.

I guess you could see it as a positive thing, STO has gotten big enough/popular enough to attract the attention of scammers. It seems like the kind of goofy thing you hear about happening in games like WoW.

Please report it as spam and file a GM ticket in-game to report it as well -- leave the email in your inbox so the GM team can investigate it. Scam sites like this are out to get your account login information, and should never be used.
