Looking forward to the expansion

Starting to get the itch.
It's not even May yet, and I am getting all giggly.
Every morning I boot up to see if I have gotten beta access yet, but no. Oh, well.
The christmas unwrapping-feeling will be greater then this way.
Just please, dear lords and lordettes, minimize the amount of bugs. Down to lets say... Zero'ish. :D
I'd rather avoid getting this nice comfortable feeling of a box of goodies turn in to a soft package with woolen socks. (Eventhough I have grown to love the wollen socks, it is a good example on how small children get, uhm, upset when their aunty for the 5th year in a row dishes out on a brand new pair of stockings)

Anyways. I love you guys & girls over at Cryptic. ;)

    There will be bugs.

    I don't say that to be mean or anything. But there will be bugs. Be it immediately, or a bit further down the road. Primarily in the...unexpected. Things that were never looked at, or seemed unbugged on Tribble, even over the next couple weeks that they simply won't find. Or they pop up ONLY after the release.

    It's not really anyone's fault, because by testing Romulans and seeing everything they've squished so far, I fully expect a lot of unexpected bugs.

    This is how it will be, and it doesn't matter. Every season has been better than the last in terms of server stability so as long as we can get in and play, we can overcome the bugs.

    I'm also excited, although I think I'm on tribble too much - I'm spoiling the surprise :D

    Oh there will be bugs all right, but they will ignore them just like the bugs they introduced with Season 6 and Season 7. :rolleyes:

    Aye. I know there will be bugs.
    I just choose to wrap the discoveries of them into that little box in that special place somewhere far back in my brain.
    Just crossing my fingers and toes that the new bugs won't 'reactivate' old bugs. You know, those old 'fixed' bugs that tend to reappear everytime something new is added. :eek:

    I miss that. Sometimes it was fun flying a Cruiser Type[CM eng] Recluse with Beam Overload 3.

    I bought my lifetime sub during the pre-release sale, and have been asking for Rommies since day one - they has the bestest ships of all time.

    - while I still intend to play my joined trill, mirror universe liberated borg, and half vulcan/half klingon captains - The Rommie will become my new main. I am foaming at the mouth with excitement.

    on the topic of bugs however, let me say this - the first bug to annoy me in this game during beta was the where the one where unidentified objects spawn inside the terrain when on ground missions - that bug still exists today. - and I'm still not happy about that.
