I already have 99 in this, will choosing the Romulan Rep passive to add 30 do anything or should I go with the other choice?

    I take it on my toons who are in Cruisers and Science ships.. Just recently took it on my KDF Eng who flies a Fleet Corsair, brought his shields up by about 1k more.

    It's cumulative. It'll show when you're in system space.
