The Bajoran Provisional Government was the government established on Bajor following the withdrawal of Cardassian occupation forces in 2369. It succeeded the Bajoran Occupational Government.

During the Dominion War, the Bajoran Government fought side-by-side with Federation forces, Klingon Forces, and Romulan Forces.

The Bajoran Militia was the military arm of the Bajoran Provisional Government, originally made up of many former resistance fighters from the Occupation of Bajor. The Bajoran Militia has mostly been stationed on DS9 and on the Bajoran planet; however, over recent years, the Militia has branched out to work more with Starfleet on foreign missions.

In 2373, the Bajoran Provisional Government officially joined the United Federation of Planets and is called the "Government of Bajor." With this absorption comes new opportunities for the Bajoran Government. Bajor now has the chance to work more personally with other planets and races such as Andorians, Ferengi, Trill, Klingons, Bolians, Vulcans, etc.

The year is now 2409 and the Bajoran government needs assistance! Bajor needs you to help them reach out to new worlds, work with Starfleet, and represent itself in a more peaceful galaxy. Any race can join the Government of Bajor to fill these positions of importance! Join the political system, join the Militia, join the fight!

The Government of Bajor is a Federation Fleet structured in a political/military fashion. There is a First Minister, a Council Leader, Heads of Ministries, Majors, etc. All races are welcome as Bajor is trying to place itself into a position of diplomatic importance, now that the Dominion war is over.

The Fleet focuses heavily on RP, STFs, and PvE. If you are interested in PvP, this is not the Fleet for you; however, you're welcome to join anyhow.

The Fleet is fresh, exciting, active, and new. You may contact @irishrovers to join.
