A new problem with away team

I discovered an interesting new thing with the away team (on any ground mission I have done). I started using my Fed tac BOFF on my away team, when I have him selected no other BOFF's show or are seeming able to use their ground abilities.

    The other thing I noticed (and I know this is small potatoes) is that the icon for Science Team ability is different between the BOFF bar on the bottom of the screen vs. the station selection.
