600 day rewards?

Just reached 600 days and according to the rewards we should get a free Vice Admiral ship, but of course you can't get one.

I could go on about how unfair it is, and I wont because I understand that all the Vice Admiral ships are usually the ones you have to pay for with Zen. Those I don't mind being unable to get.

But Fleet ships? I think that should be if anything a type of ship that should be free. If not that, can you redo the award to give something besides a ship to make it feel like an actual reward? 2 costume slots and a respec is hardly fitting for 2 years of dedication.

    You... can't get one? If it says a VA Ship Token, you should be able to get one. I remember getting one on my main (I believe I got an Escort at VA)...

    If you already got a Vice Admiral token by getting to Vice Admiral, then you can't get another one. Also, only the Exploration Cruiser Retrofit, Tactical Escort Retrofit, Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit, Kar'Fi Battle Carrier, and I think the B'Rel Bird of Prey Retrofit are available with this token. All other Vice Admiral ships are not available.

    People sell the Fleet Ship Modules for about 5 million so you can purchase Fleet Ships for free by spending 20,000 Fleet Credits and 20 million Energy Credits.

    The only ship I can get is the exploration vessel. Though I already have all the Science ships I need as my main is a Sci.

    I don't know, I'm fine without getting a ship, just think they need to tweak the award somehow.

    I'm not really sure how to understand you. So tell me if I'm wrong along the way.

    You get one (1) VA token. It's not a selfhelp ''pick on any shelf'' you like after you pick a ship. Wich also are explained in the Rewards section.
    Then you get another ship like me when you hit 1000 Day veteran and able to pick up at level 50.
    Those are the ''only'' two ships you get from member reward.

    Could be that you do not have any room left in your ship roster to purchase another ship. Or you didn't bother to pick up the token as you should:

    Vice Admiral/Lieutenant General Ship Token: Speak with a Starship Requisition NPC to claim a Vice Admiral (Fed) or Lieutenant General (Klingon) ship. For Federation characters, this token can be used to claim an Exploration Cruiser Retrofit, Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit, or Tactical Escort Retrofit. For Klingon characters, this token can be used to claim a B'rel Bird-of-Prey Retrofit, Varanus Fleet Support Vessel, Marauder Patrol Cruiser, or Kar'Fi Battle Carrier. NOTE: If you discharge the ship claimed with the token you will not be able to claim a new one.
