Boff abilities Greyed out an unusable after Map transitions

For the past 3 days every time I go through a map transition on my Romulan character the Bridge Officer abilities become greyed out and unusable. They do not even appear in the abilities tray. Also the Bridge officer in my ensign bridge slot disappears from the slot. To fix it I have to go into the stations tab and click on the dropdown next to the empty ensign slot. This will refill the slot and all abilities will be restored.
To cause the bug to repeat all you have to do is either beam down and back, or just go through a map transition (sector to sector, sector to system, system to sector, etc).

I was level 15-21 and using the Dhelan Warbird. I had bugs with the Bridge officers from the moment I got the Dhelan warbird at level 10. Before it would clear the slots after a map transition. Then Saturday it changed to the bug above.

    It is worse after the last patch. Now the Boffs disappear before every map. It seems that it is the last bridge officer slot that drops out and then it deactivates the others.

    I have been having the same problem with my Romulan character BOFF abilities since the last patch.
