Enemy Action

During the mission "Enemy Action," I entered the Unroth System and started talking with the Tal Shiar ship. I ended communications after giving the authorization code, but not before I warned the Tal Shiar of Impending Attack. Now, I am unable to re-establish communications. There is no "Ops" button or anything in the lower right hand corner. Leaving and restarting the mission is possible.
