A few interface bugs

A couple of different items.

1. Adding skill points for bridge officers is buggy, click once and the bar fills up until you are out of points, however the window to the right shows correctly, moving them up and down you can get them to match
2. Adding a bridge officer to your ground stations causes a hard crash
3. In space after a cut sceen i have had my bars reset from 3 to 1, this happened a few times
4. If you go to the ship customization first you can't see anything, should get the tailor and the ship misison at the same time so you can do it in any order. Uniform screen messes up in game, was fine during first install

I preferred it with just the arrows, this new method wasn't a needed change. It's ok if you have a ton of specialization points to spend and want to level the skills up quickly but if you don't it makes it harder when you only have a few points that you want to spread around.
