Additions to Qo'nos First City?

Just noticed when I went to the sparring chambers in the warriors hall, I opened up the map and in top right there was an inaccessible area shown with a Qo'nos Prison Warden and small cubicles that resembled cells. Anyone else notice other additions?

It appears to be associated with the tutorial. You can't get the tutorial itself since new Klingon characters are locked, but you can pick up some of the new missions right after it with an existing character, and they mostly involve a prisoner you dropped off there during the tutorial breaking free and leading you on a wild goose chase through the sector.

There's also a new building opened up on the Starfleet Academy campus. It has doff vendors and such.

Also found everyones favourite Gorn S'taass at DS9. I swear that Gorn is everywhere! He must be a time traveler or have clones....
