Hello.
So I pilot a Fleet Tactical Escort Retrofit. I hold out pretty well against the average and intermediate PvPers, but there is always someone else with the same ship and in some way then end up kicking my TRIBBLE.
So I would ask for some help with my build. My current one is:
4x Phaser DHC.
2x Phaser Turret and a Cutting Beam.
Borg Set.
2x Field Generator.
5xPhaser Relay (Mk XII Rare).
Im not really sure about what to put in the science and engineering console slots, or quite what to do with their BOFF slots either.
All help will be much appreciated.

i got he Fleet Defiant too. Here is my Build. With this build i can shield tank quite well, especially with 3x Shield distro officers and 2x conn officer as active Doffs.
Science consoles should be at least one field generator. The other a emitter array or another field gen. Eng consoles assimilated and cloaking device and another uni console if you want/have, otherwise 2x neutronium.
my suggestions for Boffs
Tac Com: TT1 C:SV1 C:RF2 APO
Tac Lt. Com. TT1 APB1 C:RF2
Tac Ens what ever you want, there is no ability that help you and a 3rd TT is useless
Lt. Sci TSS1 HE2
Lt. Eng EP2S1 RSP1
What sort of DHCs do you have? Fleet Advanced? Elite? I'm not a fan of either of those and just run [CrtD]x3.
What does your skill point allocation look like? What are your power levels at? What reputation passives did you choose? What DOFFs are you running? What are your BOFF abilities?
I also run the Fleet Advanced Hyper-Impulse Engines, Fleet Elite Resilient Shields, and Fleet Advanced Positron Deflector Dish.
The amount you get from 2x Field Generators is, what, 1.5k? I don't find that amount worth taking up two engineering slots.
I run the following in my Eng and Sci slots:
Eng = Assimilated Module, RCS Accelerator, Tachyokinetic Converter
Sci = Embassy Power Insulators MK XII [plasma][-th], Cloaking Device

What would be the best next purchase using:

2. DIL
I was thinking of getting Adv fleet Quantums but I think I might just use Omega torps. Then i was thinking of upgrading my turrets next. Not quite sure would be the best benefit per dil/ec spent atm. I am more concerned with efficiency of spending. Any insight would be appreciated.
I would upgrade the antiproton tac consoles first. That would give you a big dps boost. You don't need 2 TT Conn doffs bc you have 2 TTs. The fleet quantum with Acc x2 since you're using HYT. Or the romulan torp.
Andorian phasers also work for fleet as a back up if ap isn't your thing. But i would suggest 1 neutornium in place of the hull plating and shift the cloak to a eng slot for 1 embassy sci -th plasma console it can help add that lil much more punch and hull burn.

Yes. A DBB will allow you to pump out Beam Overloads, followed by DHCs to rip through hull. 4 tricobalt mines can do wonders dropping shields and health on their own, though I normally support chroniton over tricobalt in PvP (for crowd control). Tricobalt and chroniton both have their own pros and cons.
