Hazards and Extend bug

both buff/heal powers Hazard Emitters and Extend Shields seem to be grayed out at all times. for the first 10 levels they were useable. but after about 15 or so. powers do not work.

    do you have the tal shiar deflector equipped by any chance? there is (was maybe?) a bug that with that if you had that deflector on, you couldnt use some science boff powers, it was supposedly fixed in the last patch. if you had the fdeflector equipped before the patch you might have to unequip it and re-equip it.
