patrol - T'liss system

Romulan on the federation side

Tried to do the patrol mission T'liss system, killing the groups of romulans (5 total) does not count towards the total, so your stuck at 0/5 groups even after completing the objective.

    The Rhi System patrol also has the same issue, in the Alpha Centauri sector block.
