Choppy Graphics and Sound

After today's (4/22/13) update, the Romulan content seems to bog down and get laggy and choppy. I kept thinking it was perhaps my computer, but it isn't that way for my other characters on Tribble or on the Holodeck.

Anyone else having this issue?
