Fire at Will still broke

I looks like modifiers are still not working for Fire at Will. My [dmg]x3 and [dmg]x2 and [dmg] weapons still only show as doing the same damage as a weapon with no [dmg] modifier. It also looks like [acc] modifier may not be working as well. If it is then your passive acc is not being included in which mine is 25%. Also the Romulan Experimental plasma beam is using power for Fire at Will. And btw it's using power when not using FAW. Also the same weapon is firing twice per hit for physical damage 0 during a fire at will only. This is the only weapon that does this.     Experimental Romulan Plasma beam no longer shows as using weapon power via tooltips for Fire at Will. However my testing shows that it IS still using weapon power during a Fire at Will. It is not using weapon power during normal firing. Tested may 11th.

    [dmg] modifiers still not working during Fire at Will. [acc] modifier still appears to not be working during a FAW as well. Pretty much the same as the link I provided in my last post. Except the one change is the tooltip change for the Experimental Rom beam now shows it not using weapon power during a fire at will, which is incorrect as it still is using weapon power during FAW.

    Still no response to these issues. Is anyone looking into this?

    The only change that actually is working is there are no more physical damage 0 lines for the experimental rom beam during a fire at will.

    All beams are still showing as doing base damage during a fire at will, etc etc etc.

    Only thing I'm noticing with this that it'll take it 2-3 seconds to even trigger for me, thus wasting a good quarter of its effectiveness.
