5% Team Skill Bonus not working

On Tribble and live I see no improvement in my skills. If my weapon proficiency is 99 i'd expect to see it at 104 if the 5% Team skill bonus worked. I paid a significant amount for this feature. Please fix this.

    Are you referring to the Veteran Bonus?

    This isn't a boost to your Skills, it's a boost to the amount of Skill Points received (or Expertise at level cap).

    Can you please explain the meaning of this for me please.

    ?A 5% Skill Point and Officer Skill Point Boost

    As posted on your Veteran rewards page.

    Does the 2nd part refer to Duty officers receiving more SP.

    I would ask that this be reworded. It led me to believe i'd see a bonus to my skill points for myself and my boffs. Perhaps change it to;

    A 5% skill point and duty officer skill point boost to SP "REWARDS".

    I probably would not have bought the lifetime membership if it was written as above as I believed it meant something else entirely as I've already said.

    While I don't see a need to change the tooltip I would highly suggest updating the rewards page http://sto.perfectworld.com/community/veteran-rewards to reflect this. I'm sure others have misinterpreted this and were disappointed as well.

    I've never thought that's what this meant, and have never heard of any complaints of it before, so I doubt there have been many veteran reward members who made this mistake.

    As well, the wording is the same as 100, 200, 300, and 400 day % skill point boosts that are given, save for the team wide effect.

    In case you are unaware: Bridge Officer Skill Points is what we used to call "Expertise" before it was given that much easier name.

    Also "Skill Points" is pretty unambiguous. Skill points are what you spend to get skills.
