This is pretty fun;
You're at level 50 and have some decent weapons and whatnot. You're flying a runabout in a Sirius Sector Deep Space Encounter and decide to follow someone how's a lieutenant as they fly around blowing up Klingon ships. They'll target me instead of the guy in a Miranda class and while he's facing forward, I can shoot at what he's shooting at. Yes, I do get most of the loot but my intention is to distract the enemy's attention off of the lieutenant and onto me instead.
